Every Slice Earned.
Every Child Celebrated.

Kids work hard. Nobody claps. We fix that. Classes hit real goals in reading, attendance, and citizenship, and win a celebration. A winner in every grade, every month. Schools pay zero. Effort gets seen.

EARNED. NOT GIVEN. ZERO COST TO SCHOOLS. ALWAYS. A WINNER EVERY MONTH.
SEPT

๐Ÿ• Challenge of the Month ยท September

The Attendance Challenge

September kicks off our very first monthly challenge at Lewis & Clark: show up, together. Every school day a class shows strong attendance, they earn points toward the month. At the end of September, the top class in each grade wins a pizza celebration, at zero cost to the school.

And it is built kind: points belong to the whole class, growth counts, and a sick day never sinks a class. It is about building the show-up habit together, not perfection.

Why We Exist

It started with one dad, one classroom, and a promise: hit your goal, and we celebrate.

When a class of kids reached the goal their teacher set, they earned a pizza party, and the room lit up like it was the championship. That's when it clicked. Teachers set goals every day but rarely have a way to celebrate the classes that reach them. Families and neighbors want to help but have no vehicle. Pizza Pal Foundation is that vehicle: a bridge between a community that cares and classrooms full of kids who are trying.

“Recognition isn't extra. It's fuel.”

Jay "Pizza Dad" Jackson, Founder & President

This is the town that claps. Neighbors, families, businesses. One community, showing its kids that trying matters. Come be part of it.

How It Works

Three steps. Zero cost to schools.

No work for teachers. No cost to schools. No catch. And the rotation is built fair: when a class wins, their points reset, so every class gets its turn across the year.

1

Teachers set the goal

Reading minutes, attendance, kindness, class averages. Goals tied to what teachers already care about, chosen by the people who know their students best.

2

The class earns it

The whole class works toward the goal together. When they reach it, every child shares the win, no one is left out of the celebration.

3

The community funds it

Local sponsors, families, and neighbors cover every dollar. Allergy-friendly options for every child, background-checked volunteers, and a party the kids earned.

Zero cost to the school, always

The Long-Term Dream

A community field for Caroline County

Our area's schools don't have stadium-grade athletic facilities. Someday, we aim to change that: a 400-meter track wrapped around a turf football and soccer field, a real home for Field Day, youth sports, and community events, built in phases with partners who share the vision.

The classroom celebrations happening today are step one. They build the trust, the community, and the track record that make a dream this big possible.

A phased, multi-year vision, developed with community partners.

Concept rendering of a future community field: a running track around a turf football and soccer field, with bleachers, a scoreboard, a long-jump pit and a throwing area

Concept rendering of our long-term dream. This field is not yet built, it is the future we are working toward.
